Bosanska Krupa, Bosnia and Herzegovina Bosanska Krupa is a town in northwestern Bosnia and Herzegovina, on the Una river. It is located 30 km northeast from Bihać (250 km away from Sarajevo). It is the seat of a municipality within the Una-Sana Canton of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. At present, it is inhabited by around 25,000 people. In the census of 1991, there were 58,260 inhabitants in the municipality of Bosanska Krupa: 43,365 Bosniaks (74.5%), 13,765 Serbs (23.6%), 685 Yugoslavs (1.2%), 191 Croats (0.3%), 254 others (0.4%).
