As a part of his historic, regional plan to spur economic growth and create jobs throughout Northeast Illinois, Governor Blagojevich will award more than $9.6 million in support for the new distribution center, which will pay dividends for the local economy by creating 500 new jobs over the next two years and several hundred additional jobs during the first five years of the facility’s operation.
