REAL ESTATE:   12hours every renewal cycle (2 years), including the mandatory core course (3hours).  The core course may be taken through any of the real estatepre-license schools or any of the boards or associations of REALTORS throughoutthe state.  Changes to continuing education rules require that aminimum of 6 of the 12 hours of CE must be LIVE education.  A maximum of 6hours can be PASSIVE education (video tapes watched outside the presence of apre-license instructor).  Please verify with your course provider whichtype of credit will be given for your courses.  You will not be able torenew your license without at least 6 of the 12 hours being LIVE education. ...
